Thank you for joining our in-person New Year Breathwork Circle. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and honour the rhythm of the season.

You will receive a ‘what to expect’ email one week before our session begins.

Please arrive with a mat, blanket, pillow, notebook and pen.

After our session, you’ll receive:

• a full length New Year Yoga Nidra audio recording to continue your rest ritual at home

• An invitation to apply for one of six personalized seasonal Yoga Nidra intakes, for those wishing to go deeper in 1:1 guidance this season
