Thank you for joining our online Winter Breathwork Circle. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and honour the natural rhythm of the dark season.

You will receive a private Zoom link and ‘what to expect email’ one week before our session begins.

Please prepare a cozy, quiet space where you can fully relax - somewhere warm, with blankets, pillow and perhaps a candle or soft light.

After our live session, you’ll receive:

• The live recording of our session together. Replay is available for 3 days

• a full length Winter Yoga Nidra audio recording to continue your winter rest ritual at home

• An invitation to apply for one of six personalized seasonal Yoga Nidra intakes, for those wishing to go deeper in 1:1 guidance this season
