🧘🏻♀️What semi-silent means
Silence here is intentional. We operate externally and outside of ourselves so often. Having the permission to be quiet and go inward offers a peaceful place to land and receive clarity.
We begin the weekend with connection and a shared meal. After welcoming each other into the space and sharing in our opening practices on Friday evening, we enter Noble Silence.
During Noble Silence:
We practice together
We share meals
We feel quietly supported
We let go of nervous chatter and the need to fill every gap with conversation
We befriend the voice within
We remember our heart’s desires
We remove unnecessary small talk so the nervous system can settle and inner wisdom can surface.
You do not need experience with silence or meditation. You only need willingness to be with yourself.
