You’re invited into a deeply nourishing women’s semi-silent retreat nestled in the forest beside a running creek, a short walk from the ocean.
This intimate weekend is designed as a sacred, supportive container for women to rest, reset their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner world.
Set in a cozy three-bedroom home with a wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, and creek-fed cold plunge, this retreat offers the perfect balance of structure and spaciousness.
Weekend Schedule
Friday, May 22
• Check-in from 4:00pm
• Shared welcome dinner & connection
• Opening circle and meditation
• Silence begins after our first practice
• Guests are invited to place phones in a basket for the weekend (optional and encouraged)
Saturday – Day of Noble Silence
A full day devoted to inner stillness and restoration:
• Morning yoga & meditation
• Guided conscious connected breathwork
• Nourishing meals shared in quiet corners and cozy nooks, indoor/outdoor
• Journaling & reflection time
• Spacious rest time
• Optional time walking to the beach or visiting nearby Gumboot Café
• Wood-fired sauna + creek cold plunge (solo or small group sign-up windows)
• Evening Yoga Nidra for deep rest
Sunday, May 24
• Morning yoga & meditation
• Silence gently lifted over breakfast
• Closing circle & sharing
• Departure late morning
