Cancellations and Payments

Thank you for saying yes to this incredible journey!

You initial $1000 deposit is non-refundable.  

To avoid potential loss beyond your initial deposit, please purchase trip cancellation insurance for the duration of your retreat and trip.

Final payments are due by Nov 1, 2025. You will receive an invoice for your remaining final balance by email by Oct 1, 2025.

Payments can be made by e-transfer (Canadian accounts) or by credit card.

A 5% sales tax will be applied to your total.

Should you need to cancel your retreat for any reason, you are entitled to a refund of the total amount paid (less your initial deposit) before Dec 1, 2025. After Dec 1, 2025 no refunds will be issued.
